Our standard cancellation policy is clear and posted on every tour page. For our 2-night, 3-day Grand Canyon tour, for example, it states: "출발 30일 전까지 전액 환불됩니다. 2029일 전 취소 시 20% 환불, 819일 전 취소 시 30% 환불, 3~7일 전 취소 시 50% 환불, 2일 이내 취소는 환불이 어렵습니다."

However, unexpected military deployment falls under extraordinary circumstances. We recognize that these orders are non-negotiable and often come with little notice. Therefore, we offer a flexible, case-by-case review for service members who provide official documentation of their orders.

If you receive deployment or sudden reassignment orders after booking a tour with us, please follow these steps. This helps us process your request quickly and correctly.

As soon as you know, reach out to us via KakaoTalk. This is the fastest way to get in touch. Let us know your booking name, tour date, and the situation. The sooner we know, the better we can assist.

Step 2: Provide Documentation

We will need a copy of your official deployment or reassignment orders. The document should clearly show your name, the effective date, and the issuing command. You can blur out or redact any sensitive operational details. We only need to verify the legitimacy of the orders.

Step 3: Our Review and Resolution

Once we receive the documentation, Steve, our owner, will personally review your case. Our aim is to provide the maximum possible refund, regardless of how close to the tour date the cancellation occurs. While we cannot guarantee a 100% refund in every single last-minute scenario (due to non-recoverable costs paid to hotels or parks on your behalf), we commit to working with you to find a fair solution, which often includes a full refund or a generous future travel credit.

3. What "Non-Recoverable Costs" Might Mean

To be fully transparent, when cancellations happen very close to the departure date, some expenses tied to your spot may have already been paid. These can include:

• Park Permits & Fees: For our tours, entrance fees for sites like Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, and the National Parks are often prepaid as a block for the group. The total for these fees for our multi-day tours is a significant amount per person.
• Hotel Guarantees: For tours that include hotel stays, like our 2-night, 3-day Grand Canyon tour, we guarantee rooms in advance. Last-minute cancellations can sometimes result in penalties from the hotel.

When we review your case with official orders, we absorb these costs whenever possible. If we cannot issue a full cash refund due to costs we cannot recover from our vendors, we will explain this clearly and typically offer a full-value credit for a future tour.
