The American Southwest is vast. Trying to fit the Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, and the neon lights of Las Vegas into a short trip can feel like a puzzle. The biggest question we get from travelers is simple: "How many days do I need?"
As a Korean American tour operator based in LA, we've designed our group tours to answer that question with clear options. Whether you have a single day or a long weekend, there's a structured, Korean-guided itinerary that maximizes your time without the rush of a 50-person bus tour.
Here’s a straightforward breakdown of what you can realistically see and experience in 1, 2, or 3 days, directly from our most popular tour schedules.
1. The Grand Canyon Day Trip: For Las Vegas Visitors with Limited Time
If you're staying in Las Vegas and have just one day to spare, our day tour is built for you. It's a long, rewarding day designed to capture the essence of the canyons.
This tour departs from the Las Vegas Strip around midnight and returns between 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM the same day. We use the early morning travel to get you to the sights at the right times.
What's Included in One Day:
- Grand Canyon South Rim & East Rim: Stand before the immense, multi-layered landscape.
- Antelope Canyon (Lower): Walk through the famous, light-filled sandstone slots with a Native guide.
- Horseshoe Bend: Photograph the Colorado River's dramatic 270-degree turn.
- Powell Lake Viewpoint: See where emerald waters meet red desert cliffs.
- Route 66: Stop for a classic photo on the historic highway.
- Stargazing: Time permitting, we pause for views of the Milky Way.
Key Details:
- Price: $114.75 per person (website discount from $135.00).
- Group Size: Small group, 4-12 people.
- What's Not Included: Meals, guide tip ($25-$45), and entrance fees (approx. $175+ per person, paid in cash to the guide). Zion Canyon is an optional add-on for $50.
This tour is perfect if you're already in Vegas on a separate trip and want a deep, efficient nature escape. You can find the full details and book on the Grand Canyon Day Tour page.
2. The 2-Day, 1-Night Tour: LA to Las Vegas Canyon Adventure
This is our most popular option for travelers starting in Los Angeles who want to end their journey in Las Vegas. It covers the major sites with one included hotel night for a more comfortable pace.
The Itinerary Flow (LA Departure, Las Vegas Arrival):
- Day 1: Depart LA Koreatown. Travel through Barstow, visit an outlet, see Seven Magic Mountains, and take photos at the Las Vegas Welcome sign. Arrive in Las Vegas for hotel drop-off (hotel not included).
- Day 2: Early departure for a full canyon day. Visit Grand Canyon South & East Rim, Horseshoe Bend, and Antelope Canyon (with Native guide). See Glen Canyon Dam and Powell Lake. The tour concludes with drop-off in Las Vegas in the evening.
What Makes it Different: This tour includes Zion National Park, which the 1-day tour from Vegas does not. It also includes one hotel breakfast, one In-N-Out lunch, and bottled water. The itinerary is focused and comprehensive.
Key Details:
- Price: $323.00 per person (website discount from $380.00).
- Includes: 1 night hotel, 1 breakfast, 1 In-N-Out lunch, vehicle & guide costs.

5. What All Our Tours Have in Common
No matter which duration you choose, every Parang Tour is built on the same foundation that grew from my own frustrating experience on a large, impersonal bus tour over a decade ago.
- Small Groups (4-12 people): No waiting for 50 people to board. You can hear the guide, ask questions, and enjoy a flexible pace.
- Native Korean Guides: The stories, geology, and history are explained in Korean, so the wonder isn't lost in translation.
- Core-Focused Itineraries: We minimize unnecessary driving and maximize time at the main attractions.
- Full Refund 30 Days Prior: We offer a clear cancellation policy for peace of mind.
Our story is about turning the overwhelming scale of the West into a comfortable, memorable journey. You can read more about why we started on our About Us page.

Frequently asked
I'm traveling alone. Is that okay on these group tours?
Absolutely. Many of our guests travel solo. Room assignments are typically based on double occupancy (two people per room). If you are traveling alone, we will pair you with a same-gender roommate. If you prefer a single room, an additional single supplement fee will apply. Please let us know your preference when you book.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
For all tours listed, you receive a full refund if you cancel 30 or more days before the departure date. Cancelling 20-29 days prior results in a 20% refund, 8-19 days prior is 30%, and 3-7 days prior is 50%. Cancellations within 2 days of departure are generally non-refundable.
What entrance fees and extra costs should I budget for?
The tour price does not include park entrance fees or guide tips. For the 3-day tour, the total for all required entrance fees (Antelope, Horseshoe, Zion, Grand Canyon, and the non-resident National Park pass) is approximately $235 per person, paid in cash to the guide on site. The guide tip is separate, at $20 per person per day ($60 total for 3 days). Prices are subject to change based on local rates.
What's the difference between the A-Course and B-Course on the 3-day tour?
Both courses visit all the same spots and have identical inclusions. The only difference is the order of travel. A-Course (Forward) starts with Las Vegas and builds towards the Grand Canyon. B-Course (Reverse) sees the Grand Canyon first and ends in Las Vegas. You can choose based on whether you want to build anticipation or see the main highlight right away.
When is the best time of year to take these tours?
Spring (March-May) and Fall (September-October) are generally the most recommended for pleasant temperatures and smaller crowds. Summer (June-August) is peak season; Antelope Canyon's light beams are most beautiful, but it can be very hot during the day.
